Principal's Message

In our dream to make De Montfort an ideal ground to nurture and assist our student in discovering themselves and developing the "right values", the school is able to make a benchmark in providing an unmatched qualitative education par excellence: to develop the best that is latent in children and to encourage the child to explore and revel in the joy of learning. Our endeavour is to retain smiles on the faces of the children, channelise the energies of youthfulness while sensing the beautiful connectivity between the heart, character, nation and the world.
The mind and the spirit of the child has to be awakened to look for, search and learn whatever is new to him. The curricula is linked from the pre-primary level and is closely monitored providing the best opportunity for students to develop academic skills and gradually expand knowledge.
A rigorous curriculum enriched with physical training sports, games, hobbies and other co-curricular activities keep the children grainfully occupied . This helps in knitting routine adds to the development of the children and undoubtedly brings them much closer to having acquired an exemplary education. 
We are committed to enhancing "life skills"- the ability to communicate, to lead, to be a team player and to emphasize. Most of all, we are committed to producing "excellent" citizens who respect and celebrate differences and see this diversity as a unique opportunity to mould a strong nation. The school complements a strong academic foundation and intends to reach a superior level of imparting education through modern & contemporary means. Our focus is to train children to become autonomous learners. Our earnest effort is to provide students with an education that allows them to recognize and realize their 'dreams' and skills and to be able to ignite the passion to excel. Students are given an environment wherein their attributes and strengths can be given a fillip, their creativity developed and spontaneity nurtured. They develop into adults endowed with analytical and logical thinking, a mind that is curious and inquisitive and a sensitivity that makes them humane in thought, word and deed.
Globalization and increasing diversity in man's needs has generated an enhanced demand for competitive skills, and here at DeMontFort School, our purpose is to provide the forum where such needs shall be fulfilled. In this context our proud achievement of receiving the ISA British council award speaks on its own. We foresee to carry on the good work with the co-operation of all stakeholders.
